After working in the both the Professional Staffing and Corporate Recruiting space for 20 plus years it became evident that outside agencies have a challenging time getting in tune with a company's internal culture, competitive differentiators, and true talent needs.  Being a co-founder of the Recruiter Network South Florida on LinkedIn helped cement that notion as many Internal Corporate Recruiters had similar challenges in partnering with outside agencies.  Having worked on both sides of the agency/client desk that is where the idea for Avanti Strategic Group was born.
